SAME RELIABILITY.

We’re pleased to share important updates are underway at MCT as part of our continued investment in the AgWorks platform. As many of you know, for a system to truly stand the test of time in the crop insurance industry, three core pillars must remain strong: system architecture, business logic, and user experience. With that framework in mind, we feel it’s important to share our journey: where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re headed. These changes represent not just technical improvements but a recommitment to delivering reliability and innovation across the AgWorks system. We believe these strategic investments will position our partners—and the growers they serve—for long-term success in an evolving industry.
01. UPDATING AND SCALING THE SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Over the past few years, we have worked diligently behind the scenes to guarantee the AgWorks platform remains healthy, scalable, and positioned for long-term growth—upgrading system frameworks, libraries, and even building custom adaptations. We are currently operating on .NET 8, are actively developing for .NET 9, and are preparing for .NET 10 upon its official release. As of today, our platform is the most architecturally stable it’s ever been.
02. STRENGTHENING CORE BUSINESS LOGIC
A system is only as strong as its ability to manage data accurately and efficiently. As of the June accounting cutoff, the average RMA acceptance rate across the AIPs we serve reached an impressive 99.96%—a rate that leads the industry. These consistently high acceptance rates ensure agents, growers, and AIPs can trust that Schedules of Insurance are accurate; invoices will reconcile correctly; and in the event claims are submitted, indemnity and premium credits will be processed with precision. This level of performance creates real confidence during peak processing periods.
03. MODERNIZING THE USER EXPERIENCE
With our architecture and business logic on solid footing, we now enter the next phase: user experience modernization.
Many of you have already seen small signs of what’s to come—such as the recent login page update. That was simply the tip of the iceberg. In the pages that follow, you’ll find details on what is next: Modernization – Phase 1.

New System Menu
Redesigned for efficiency, the primary system navigation is now horizontally collapsible, allowing for more screen space and a cleaner, more modern interface. This new menu design is consistent with the navigation styles used in many other online platforms, such as banking, e-commerce, and utility portals, and will offer users a familiar experience. Additionally, the new menu will be responsive to multiple devices including phones, tablets, and desktops.
Bookmarks & History
Users can now easily return to recent or bookmarked policies and claims for faster processing, which is especially valuable during peak reporting and claims seasons.

Introduction of MyAg.ai
This exciting new AI-powered chatbot will be accessible from anywhere in the application, offering instant access to industry resources such as provisions, the CIH, white pages, PASS documentation, LASHs, and LAMs. Users can also toggle to search internal AIP documentation. Both industry and internal Q&A history will be stored for future reference.
Grower Summary Dashboard
When selecting a grower, users will now land on a fully responsive Grower Summary that provides real-time insight into policy and claim statuses from their phones, tablets, or desktops. This new dashboard will give agents, processors, and company users a quick, effective overview of grower accounts at-a glance.

ADA Compliance Enhancements
All new pages and features are being built to meet ADA Level 2 compliance, offering improved readability, accessibility hooks for screen readers, and enabling voice-to-text functionality for enhanced usability.
