Technology Modernization
Goals:
The overall goals of the project were to upgrade technology stack to the current supported versions, increase overall system performance, implement modern UI design concepts, and reduce maintenance cost of existing applications.
What we did:
We analyzed different approaches of rewrite, versus performing a series of technology stack updates on a 24x7 mission critical application processing over $1 billion in insurance premiums.

Ultimate outcome of the project was a two year project from start to finish updating a large scale web application of over 2 million lines of code from .NET 4, MVC, SQL Server 2012 to .NET 8, Blazer, SQL Server 2022 while maintaining 24x7 system uptime.
The Results:
The end-user system performance increased by 30%.
